You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the Service. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service.

The Service may leverage third‑party AI models and telephony services. You are responsible for obtaining required consents for recording and for complying with local regulations.

• No attempts to extract model parameters, abuse rate limits, or disrupt systems.

7. Plans, Billing and Taxes

Paid features are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

9. Termination
