Hi, I'm Minh. I'm an indie hacker and created TheProductFeedbackCompany.com to help people build better products. I'm quite a shy person, so I often didn't like talking to users to get feedback, plus normally I came in with the same set of questions over and over again, which got repetitive and boring.

As well as this, I was building a product where the majority of users came from Arabic speaking countries. The process of getting feedback was users would fill out a text box with their feedback and that was sent to my email. Then I would use Google Translate to understand it. This didn't work well, most request was about billing issues, refunds, etc. I didn't learn anything really. I wish there was a thing where I could talk to everyone of my users and go through all the questions that I wanted to ask them. That's how I got the idea for TheProductFeedbackCompany.com.
